Unreferenced AttributeDefinitions Folder

This folder contains AttributeDefinitions that have been defined in a SpecType but where there are no AttributeValues that referenced them.

Note: Section 2.14 of the prostep ivip ReqIF Implementation Guide places special interpretation on this scenario. For any SpecElementWithAttributes (i.e., SpecObject, SpecRelation and Specification), absence of an AttributeValue for any defined AttributeDefinition should be interpreted as the value null for that AttributeDefinition.
